About
Eden Lord advises clients on AI strategy, implementation, and analysis. Sectors include law firms, healthcare organizations, patient advocacy groups, education, and accounting and professional services. The practice is independent, vendor-neutral, and selective.
Eden Lord holds a BA in Economics from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, an MS in Organizational Management from Baker University, and a paralegal certificate from Rockhurst University. Her background combines twenty-one years of curriculum development — fifteen at the university level, and patient education since 2018 — with recent AI implementation work in regulated industries, including a year-long engagement on legal research and AI implementation and a year-long engagement with a healthcare client (both confidential).
Eden Lord is also the founder of ZeroBlue, an AI literacy certification platform. This work informs her perspective on AI implementation, training, and policy in regulated environments.
Engagements work in three phases: a written intake to clarify scope, a 25-minute intake call, and a written proposal with specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing. The practice is selective; not every inquiry results in a fit.
